Abbeywoods Under Pressure (known at home as "Dave"), 137.5cm skewbald 2016 is a quality sports pony prospect who received a Gold Premium at the 2019 British Breeding futurity evaluations as an eventing sports pony, and is graded with Sports Pony and CHAPS studbooks, and is now excelling at showjumping.

As a foal, Dave as Champion in the CHAPS Foal Futurity and Reserve Champion in the Breeders Challenge classes. Dave was presented for SPSS youngstock evaluation as a yearling and 2 year old, gaining Premiums both times and was awarded an SPSS Gold Premium in 2019.
He received a Gold Premium at the 2019 British Breeding Futurity Evaluations as an eventing sports pony. The Futurity evaluators noted that his jumping was both bold and brave and awarded him a 9.
Dave was licensed by the SPSS in 2019 with the SPSS judges giving 8s for his walk, which they described as "active" and trot, which they described as having "good rhythm and expression". Overall they said that he was "a pleasing pony colt".
He has also collated a number of results while competing in-hand including wins for coloured non-native sports pony classes.
He was backed in July 2020 and showing real promise and trainability, has gained BD points and jumping double clears at British novice level so far.
